Traffic statistics. We count visits to this website to know how much traffic it gets: which page was requested and when, which website or search engine the visit came from, and the type of browser. The count is made on the server that hosts this website from a separate log that contains no IP address, sets no cookie and uses no identifier, so visits can't be linked to each other or to you. We monitor traffic numbers only — we don't analyse or track individual visitors, build profiles, or use any third-party analytics service. Once a day the log is copied to a statistics database run by Theme Park AG on another server, in Strasbourg, France; it is shared with no one else.
Cookies. This website sets no cookies.
Fonts. Fonts are served from the server that hosts this website, so your browser makes no requests to Google or other font services.
Contact-form data is processed on the basis of your voluntary enquiry and the legitimate interest in replying to it (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs rely on the legitimate interest in securing the service. Traffic statistics rely on the legitimate interest in knowing how much the site is visited (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the log holds no IP address or identifier.
No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no tracking of individual visitors. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted. Server logs are deleted after 52 days. The traffic log is deleted after 52 days; its copy in the statistics database, still without any IP address, after 90 days. Only daily totals (visits per day, page, source and browser type) are kept longer.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these, write to craig@craigpriestley.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
The site is hosted within the European Union (OVH in Poland, statistics database in France), and contact-form emails are delivered by Mailgun in its EU region.
