• Contact form — name, email address and message, used to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• Server logs — IP address, timestamp, pages viewed and browser type, for the security and proper operation of the site.

Legal basis

Contact-form data is processed on the basis of your voluntary enquiry and the legitimate interest in replying to it (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs rely on the legitimate interest in securing the service.

Recipients and processors

• OVH SAS (France) — website hosting.
• Mailgun (Sinch, EU region) — delivery of contact-form emails, on servers located in the EU.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention periods

Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these, write to craig@craigpriestley.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Data location

Your data is hosted and processed within the European Union (OVH in France, Mailgun in the EU region).
